Every piece of metal used in our products undergoes a meticulous sand-blasting process, effectively eliminating any impurities and creating an etched surface. This ensures optimal adhesion for the subsequent layers, further enhancing the product’s durability and finish.
Our steel products embark on a further stage of refinement, where they are uniformly coated with a zinc-rich primer, contributing to a layer of robust protection. After application, the primer is left to partially cure, optimizing its effect. It’s important to note that this meticulous zinc primer process is exclusive to our steel products, with our aluminum Vista Furnishings requiring no such treatment.
Following the initial preparation, our products are subsequently coated with a zinc-rich primer and left to partially cure. This step fortifies the metal’s resilience against environmental wear. In instances where further protection is necessary, an additional E-Coat primer can be applied, ensuring our products stand the test of time.
In the final stage, our state-of-the-art infrared oven is called into action, sealing and curing all the applied coatings. This process unifies the layers into a seamless finish, resulting in a spectacular, durable surface that is as resilient as it is aesthetically stunning.
As the final step in our meticulous process, every product is thoroughly safeguarded for transport. Utilizing robust shrink wrap, each piece is securely enveloped, and then firmly bolted down, ensuring steadfast stability and undisturbed integrity throughout its journey.

WARRANTY
Vista Furnishing warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and reasonable use and service for a period of three years from the date of the invoice. Additionally, all site furnishings including but not limited to benches, recycling, and waste receptacles, bike security stations, and planters carry a Limited 5-Year Warranty that covers structural and functional failure of steel components including welding; Limited 5-Year Warranty against structural failure of Cedar, Red Batu, Southern Yellow Pine, and Recycled Plastic planks.
All warranty claims must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice and digital photos clearly showing any failures. In warranty claim is deemed to be valid, Vista Furnishings will repair or replace the warranted product at Vista Furnishings Discretion. No costs associated with the removal, handling, storing, shipping or reinstallation of warranted products will be the responsibility of Vista Furnishings.
The above-mentioned warranties do not include any cosmetic issues, e.g. scratches, dents, marring, fading of colors, and discoloration of wood due to weathering. Under no circumstances will Vista Furnishings cover failure that is a result of abuse, misuse, vandalism, natural disasters, or lack of appropriate care.

TERMS OF SALE
Prices: are F.O.B. factory and do not include freight charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Terms: To Governmental agencies, tax-supported institutions, and those with approved credit, payment is due within 30 days of the date of the invoice. A 2% per month finance charge will be imposed on all past due accounts. All other orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order entry. The balance will be due by certified cheque upon receipt of shipment (C.O.D.).
Taxes: If applicable, taxes will be added to the invoice except when a tax-exempt certificate is provided with the purchase order at the time of order entry.
Weights and sizes are reasonably accurate and could vary with product changes. Weights do not include added weight through packaging and shipping.
Freight: charges are determined and collected by the carrier unless Henderson Recreation Equipment Limited is requested and agrees to prepay and add these costs to the invoice. Freight quotes are valid for thirty days. Due to high energy costs, freight surcharges may apply.
Delays in Transit: Henderson Recreation Equipment Limited is not responsible for delays in transit and such delays will not alter our invoicing terms. If your order does not reach you within a reasonable time after being advised that shipment went forward from our factory, Henderson Recreation Equipment Limited will assist you in the tracing process.
Loss or Damage in Transit: Henderson Recreation Equipment Limited is not responsible for loss or damage in transit. When we release the material to the carrier, a bill of lading is signed which states that the shipment was received from us complete and in good condition. A copy of this bill of lading is forwarded to you with the shipment and should be checked carefully with the materials you receive. Any shortage, discrepancy or damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and signed by the driver. Failure to note exceptions on the delivery receipt may impair your right to recovery from the carrier.
Order Cancellation: Once accepted, orders can be canceled only with the consent of Henderson Recreation Equipment Limited, and on terms which will indemnify Henderson Recreation Equipment Limited against loss. Canceled orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders for custom-built equipment cannot be canceled.
General: Some products in this catalog may not be exactly as shown. Assembly may be required for some products.
